Not only is the construction part very simple, but in small cases, we introduce our own construction method.

Of course, the width, length, and pattern of the product are so diverse, so those who need professional construction technology must contact and get help from professional construction equipment and experienced contractors.

The screw bolt construction method is the easiest method to construct for companies that are new to the product.

It is used to secure the product using screw bolts on the upper and lower structure pipes for existing retaining walls, beam sections, or ceiling sections, which may be limited by product specifications and length.

The maximum length of the product should be around 5m, and it is necessary to check whether the existing structure (Concrete & Beam, etc.) can withstand the load under temporary construction conditions.

1~2. Plate or FASTENER installation (Plate and FASTENER installation construction after frame) interval is between 500 and 800.

3. Pipe installation (other process finishes must be completed prior to pipe installation) Full Welding is the default.

4. Secure and install the pipe using a washer on the product installation screw bolt.

5. Installing the Cover Panel

The A to C process is the same as the upper part installation. 

D. After making and weaving the cables at the bottom of the product as shown in the picture (make the rings, and the weaving interval is 100mm apart), use long drivers and similar products between the rings.

Apply the lever principle to keep the product tight with a driver and fix it with a screw bolt. 

In particular, if you do not pull by maintaining an even force on the entire surface, the wire of the product may be tilted in one direction and constructed, so be careful. 

 

REDM's metal fabric refers to vertical linear members as cables and horizontal members as wires.

At each intersection of the cable and wire, a washer is inserted into the screw bolt to press the product hard.

It should be noted that smoothness is maintained by applying partial force during construction, which may lead to product tilt due to the operator's poor force control.

When pulling the product, it must be installed properly by checking that the left and right fixing parts are aligned well with each other.

After securing the screw, remove the wire hanging from the product and apply force to install the COVER PANEL to cover the deformed wire.
