Since the metal fabric is a finishing material, orders are sometimes placed without the minimum number of days for production and installation
In some cases, it may interfere with the entire process, so we would like to describe the entire production process in general to help all users and prospective users understand the delivery date.
1. Contract &SHOP D.W.G
1) When a contract is made, it goes through division and elevation decisions based on detailed construction details, and final confirmation of patterns.
2. Order lower extremity work and product specifications
1) In the case of a typical new building, the metal fabric work is put in only after the frame work is completed.
In other words, the underlying hardware & BASE PLATE for installing the metal fabric must be installed first to avoid interference with smooth operation and other processes.
2) The operator makes precise measurements (width and length dimensions of the product) based on the installed lower extremities
This is because, due to the nature of metal fabric materials, factory processing is a principle because clean ends cannot be maintained when on-site processing is performed.
(Of course, if it is unavoidable, on-site processing (cutting work) can be done, and the longitudinal direction can be processed on-site, but processing in the width direction should be avoided.)
3. Product production order and Pre-production preparation
1) According to the specified form, the width, length, pattern, delivery date, and materials to be used are specified in detail and requested to the factory for production.
2) Based on the given order, the factory will proceed with the determination of the length of each CABLE ROPE, the number of bobbins, and the applied steel wire structure.
3) The BOBBIN completed CABLE goes through the BODDY SETTING operation based on the width of the product, and the rear sets it on the BOBBIN stand to finish the work preparation.
(Think of the line preparation work of the loom.)
- In some cases, 320 small BOBBINs should be set for 1,000mm width, but 2,000mm means that 640 weaves should be done.
(This is the most time-consuming process of the entire process, and it goes through the same process to make one small sample.)
-The BODDY SETTING task is the most important task in determining the smoothness of the product.
If the TENTION of about 300 CABLEs is not constant, the product will sag or warp in the process of weaving the product in the future,
which some importers are deceiving consumers by misleading them as defects in contraction and expansion of Korean products.
4) It goes through the WIRE first cleaning process.
It is responsible for preventing indirect contamination of the product by cleaning the surface of the product by cleaning the surface of the oil (油粉) generated in the straight line as well as the surface of the product after weaving.
※ 1. CABLE : The name of the original material is STAINLESS WIRE ROPE. After drawing the STAINLESS ROD,
It refers to a product that works with a very thin diameter line and twists dozens of thin lines like a baby.
(It has its own use depending on the structure, material, and twist direction of the steel wire.)
- It is the most important material for weaving metal fabric. Not only is the quality of the product determined by the degree of each heat treatment, but also disturbance and sagging of the product may occur depending on the steel wire structure.
※ 2. WIRE : A thin stainless steel material (ROD) is the correct expression.
However, in order to prevent confusion of names, metal fabric manufacturers commonly refer to STAINLESS WIRE ROPE as "CABLE" and WIRE ROD as "WIRE".
4. Weaving of a Product
1) Weaving through the preparation process.
2) This process requires careful observation.
It is appropriate to have one dedicated manufacturing device for each pattern, but from the standpoint of having to produce all the many patterns, we have to have one facility to produce various patterns. Therefore, complete automation is not possible. It has no choice but to produce semi-manual forms, which hinders the precision of each PITCH. For this reason, thorough observation of the operator and detailed PITCH calibration should be performed in parallel with each weaving operation.
3) Depending on the pattern of the product, productivity also varies widely, and in the case of thin and dense patterns, it may only be produced about 10m per day.
5. CUTTING AND ROLLING WORK
1) The woven product comes in a rolling form, and the width and length are cut according to the order standard by rewinding it.
2) The cut-off product will be ROLLING or pallet-wrapped at the same time as the second cleaning will be completed, and the inspection will be carried out together.
3) The unfolded product will undergo random PITCH inspection, width & length inspection, and surface inspection to reach the final packaging operation.
6. Product Shipment
1) It will be released after follow-up work such as label work.
※ 3. A general delivery date
- In general, only 3 weeks of pure production (separate installation and construction dates)
① preparatory work : It takes 2-3 day
② weaving work : It takes 10-15 day
③ Cutting and cleaning operations : It takes 2-3 day
④ Packaging and shipping : It takes 1 day
